Digital Records at the City of Boston Archives

The City Archives preserves and provides access to the municipal government records of Boston.

Our records are both paper and digital.  Our digital collections include digitized documents and photographs as early as the 1700s, as well as more recent, born-digital records, such as old versions of the city’s websites.
